About Ryan O'Connor

Ryan has worked in the fast-paced world of luxury real estate in three of the most competitive cities in the world—Dallas, New York City, and Los Angeles, where negotiating skills, knowledge, and market comprehension are an absolute must.

Taking to real estate was a natural transition for Ryan, coming from an extensive sales and customer service background. Ryan’s mission is to bring his clients the highest level of service, making even the most complex transactions seem effortless.

After realizing that there was a huge disconnect in the market between real estate agents and their clients, Ryan decided it was time to put the service element back into the real estate business and form a full-service agency with a hyper-focus on each individual client to truly understand their specific needs.

Ryan and his wife, Stacie O’Connor, formed a team called RS Home Source. Armed with vast market and transaction knowledge, Ryan and Stacie will find a solution for all of your real estate needs.

“The process of buying or selling a home can be overwhelming, so I take great pride in being able to guide clients through the process—whether they are selling a home and preparing to start a new chapter or purchasing their first home—or their tenth!” says Ryan.

In his free time, Ryan can be found playing hockey or spending time with his family.
